Hubnity Spam Guidelines

These Spam Guidelines explain how Hubnity, operated by FENS Trade FZ-LLC ("Hubnity", "we", "us", or "our"), approaches email and messaging, and how you may use features such as invitations and notifications. They form part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

1. Our commitment

We do not send unsolicited bulk email ("spam"). We send messages only for legitimate purposes related to your account and the Services, and we honor opt-out requests promptly.

2. Emails we send

  • 1.Transactional and service emails, such as account verification, invitations, security alerts, billing notices, and important changes to the Services. These are necessary to provide the Services and may not be opted out of while you have an account.
  • 2.Product and marketing emails, such as tips, updates, and offers. You can opt out of these at any time.

3. Opting out

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link included in those messages, through your account settings where available, or by contacting us at info@hubnity.eu. Even after opting out of marketing, we may still send essential service messages.

4. Acceptable use of invitations and notifications

The Services let you invite people to your organization and send notifications. You agree to use these features only to contact people who expect to hear from you, such as your own team members and collaborators. You must not use them to send unsolicited or bulk messages to people who have no relationship with you.

5. Prohibited activity

When using the Services, you must not:

  • 1.send unsolicited bulk messages or use purchased, rented, or harvested contact lists;
  • 2.use false, misleading, or forged headers, sender names, or subject lines;
  • 3.send content that is unlawful, deceptive, or violates the rights of others;
  • 4.fail to honor opt-out or unsubscribe requests from your own recipients.

6. Consequences

If we believe you are using the Services to send spam or otherwise violate these guidelines, we may limit, suspend, or terminate your access, and take any steps required to protect recipients and our systems.

7. Reporting spam

If you received a message from Hubnity that you believe is spam, or you want to report misuse of the Services, please contact us at info@hubnity.eu so we can investigate.
