Hubnity Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions to the Hubnity services, operated by FENS Trade FZ-LLC ("Hubnity", "we", "us", or "our"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
1. Free trial
Where we offer a free trial, you can evaluate the Services during the trial period at no charge. We encourage you to use the trial to decide whether Hubnity is right for you. If you do not wish to continue, you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose) and renew automatically at the start of each billing period until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and the charge appears on the payment method on file.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and it will not renew for the next period. Cancelling stops future charges but does not, by itself, trigger a refund for the current period.
4. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in this policy, fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or features you did not use. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
5. Exceptional cases
We want billing to be fair. If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after a timely cancellation, contact us and we will review the issue and, where appropriate, issue a refund. We may also grant refunds at our discretion in other reasonable circumstances.
6. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
7. Price changes
We may change our prices from time to time. Any price change affecting an existing subscription will take effect on a future billing period, and we will provide reasonable notice before it applies, so you can cancel before renewal if you do not agree.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is resolved.
9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Where such rights apply, they remain in addition to this policy.
